Yes, you could not believe it but rats are among the 10 smartest animals in the world. However, it is not surprising that they are use in scientific researchs to find shortcuts and loopholes, isn’t it?
9. Octopus
The octopus have great abilities and more are discovered each time but it is still a mystery to us, why can the octopus be in the 9th place and not the Orca for example? Orca is known for its great organisational ability and complex social structure. Well, anyway, the octopus has got the 9th position.

Could you believe the pigeon is one of the smartest animals in the world? I could not either but there it is. Most people hate them but they have incredible intellectual abilities. They can even recognise hundreds of images even after several years have passed.
